The survey, carried out by the experienced roofers who later did the work, was thorough and we received very helpful advice on the best solution for any particular roof repair. We like our newly purchased townhouse in this complex. It has everything we wanted, including good neighbours, children playground, lots of green well maintained grounds and the service from our Property management and Board is excellent.
